Andrea "Alex Diamond"

Andrea "Alex Diamond"

Founder

Andrea “Alex Diamond” is a multidisciplinary artist, musician, entrepreneur, and community builder whose work blends creativity, culture, and impact. She is the founder of Phoenix Village, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through the arts, wellness, and community-driven programming. A pianist and recording artist, Andrea creates genre-fluid music rooted in pop, rock, and experimental sound, often driven by deep bass and emotional storytelling. Her debut album, Music_alley, reflects her instinctive approach to sound—creating what she feels, without limitation. Andrea comes from a rich musical lineage. She is the granddaughter of Goldwire McLendon and the niece of Antonio McLendon and Keith Diamond, whose work with artists like Mick Jagger and Donna Summer helped shape her early love for music creation. She is also the cousin of Samara Joy and part of a family of exceptional musicians, including her sisters Alana Alexander, a jazz artist, and Alissa Alexander of Media House Group. Andrea is the owner of Aroma Alchemy, a spice and sensory brand rooted in culture, wellness, and experience—transforming everyday ingredients into moments of connection, creativity, and healing. Beyond her personal artistry, Andrea’s work is deeply rooted in community. Through Phoenix Village, she develops programs that connect young people to music, visual arts, storytelling, and entrepreneurship—creating spaces where creativity becomes a pathway to confidence, healing, and opportunity. From youth mentorship to community farmers markets and cultural activations, her work bridges artistic expression with real-world impact. In addition to her leadership at Phoenix Village, Andrea serves on the Council on the Arts, where she supports initiatives that expand access to creative resources and strengthen community engagement. Andrea’s vision is grounded in one belief: creativity is not just art—it’s a tool for transformation, legacy, and building something that outlives you.

Omar Greene

Omar Greene

Marketing & Programs

Omar is the founder of Northend Productions, a cinematic production company built on the belief that powerful visuals begin with a truthful foundation. With over 15 years of experience as a gaffer and cinematographer, his work goes beyond filming—he engineers visual environments that elevate brands into authority. His process is rooted in a three-part framework: Narrative Audit (The Foundation) Before a single frame is captured, Omar approaches each brand like a preservationist studying a landmark. Every project begins with a deep dive into the “why”—uncovering the original blueprint of the business. This ensures that the story being told is grounded in truth, not surface-level marketing. Because without a solid foundation, the final product won’t hold. Cinematic Staging (The Structure) With a technical background in lighting and cinematography, Omar designs each visual environment with precision. From high-end lighting setups to drone work and cinematic composition, every detail is intentional. The goal is to create a premium, high-authority look that reflects the true value of the brand—not just visually, but emotionally. Strategic Deployment (The Legacy) Omar’s work doesn’t end at delivery. Through what he calls the “Authority Suite,” he helps clients strategically deploy their visual assets—whether to close high-level clients, attract investors, or preserve a legacy. Each piece is designed to live where it creates the most impact, ensuring long-term value for the business. In addition to his production work, Omar serves as a Member of Phoenix Village's leadership, where he contributes his expertise in storytelling and visual strategy to support youth development, creative programming, and community-driven initiatives. At its core, Northend Productions is not just about content—it’s about structure, storytelling, and building something that lasts.
